The orphan home center envisages lay a good foundation and bringing up orphaned and other vulnerable children in a way which will enable them to live in any setting being rural or urban. The idea is to give children exposure to community life, provide them with skills and an opportunity to use acquired skill to undertake practical production work.  The intention is not to turn them into laborers, but to orientate them to real community life experiences so that when they are adults, they should be beggars and dependent but self-reliant and happy to engage in productive work.

The existing problem in the region, the demands of service needs along with relatively sound orphans and vulnerable children support made by the private orphanage centers in such kinds of feasible projects, compelled the project promoter to initiate the multipurpose oriented orphan home project to be established. Despite the problems orphan home opportunities of the city, the trend on such kinds of service found to not enough. The mismatch between the demand for and supply of such kind of services in easily observed in the city.

Therefore, the existing shortage or absence in the supply of these services, along with its social and economic access, better location and infrastructure access, escalating trend of urbanization and service activities, thus it is with such reason that this project is identified and proposed and assumed to be more successful.
