The targeted groups are in two categories, that is, primary and secondary target groups. The primary target group is constituted of orphaned and vulnerable children who became because of war. The secondary target group includes vulnerable persons and poor households from poor communities in both rural and urban areas of Gondar city and surrounding wored as. The secondary target is expected to benefit from participation in the implementation of interventions that are aimed to benefit the orphaned and vulnerable children.
